Creative Hands Artisan Center opened July 1999 in Lyman, SC. This 8,000 square foot juried facility includes a 5,000 square foot showroom dedicated to selling mostly fine hand made goods and 2,000 square foot of classrooms for teaching art forms. Our sales staff sells your handmade goods so that you get the flexible schedule you need to juggle family and work commitments. We are currently seeking drawing, stained glass, sculpting, quilting, basketry, weaving, sewing, and other mediums. Our goal is to assimilate 200 varied art forms for representation in the center.
This is a great opportunity for those who have wanted to go into business without making a large financial investment. This is the answer. If you are already in business for yourself, this is an excellent way to expand to a new market area for a minimal incremental cost. Or, if you are tired of the demands of operating your own business, Creative Hands provides complete operation of your store front. You can go on vacation and your product continues to sell. If you are always busy with weekends shows, this also provides you with a permanent location for your customer base. We will also provide other small business services. We are happy to accept your business mail and phone calls as well as take special orders for your work. However, we do require top quality talent.
As we strive to provide the means for artists to follow their heart and support themselves using the talent they love, our classroom is also available if you are interest in teaching or taking classes. We are opened 5 days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Creative Hands is conveniently located at 107 Hwy 29 in Lyman, SC offering excellent access to the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. Additionally, its close proximity to Interstate 85 and Interstate 26 makes it attractive for South Carolina tourism operators. Please give us a call.
